Terms

Basswood Landscapes sets the terms for 3D drawings, starting at $2,200, for cottage and rural lots in Huron Shores.

3D drawings start at $2,200 CAD. Card payments include a 2% processing fee. Interac e-transfer is $2,200 to build@basswoodinc.ca. If you choose Basswood for installation and project management, this fee goes toward that deposit. Drawings are included in all of our site installations. If you use another firm, a final bill is issued when the final drawings are released.

Drawings are a professional service, not a product shipped in the mail. Revisions are part of the work until you lock the design. Agency permit fees stay yours. Basswood Inc. is not the planner of record on land-use files.
