We draw the stone into your design first, then the same crew sets it. Four lines cover most of what a lake lot needs: building stone from Masonal, pavers and coping from Banas, and armour stone and flagstone for the ground and the water's edge.

Look at it on your own lot, in your own light, beside your siding and roof.

Design with Basswood Landscapes
The stone goes into the drawing on your actual grade, with quantities on the takeoff list. 3D drawings start at $2,200, and if Basswood installs, the fee goes toward the deposit.

Install with our crew
The same Basswood crew that does the earthwork sets the stone, so the base, drainage and stone are one job.
Armour stone
The big, squared stone that holds a bank, a shoreline or a retaining wall. We supply and set it with the machine, sized to the slope and the water it faces.

Shoreline work usually needs approval first. Basswood handles the MNR permit paperwork as your agent.
Flagstone
Random flagstone has irregular, natural joints for garden paths and cottage patios. Cut flagstone has sawn edges and lays in a tighter pattern for walkways, pool decks and outdoor kitchens. We supply and set both.
